All returns must be processed within 24 hr of receiving the order. Order must be provided to place a return.
Kindly give us up to 3 -4 business days for our team to evaluate your refund/return issue. When approved, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. For returns, our team will reach out to you on email.
Convenience fees are not returnable for any reason, It is also to cover the payment processing charges and what payment gateways have to pay banks for online transactions. The fee is usually non–refundable if you cancel the product
• What if I received faulty/damaged goods?Our products sometimes may have some black or green spots and sharp edges. Edges are automatically smooth after wash 2-3 times with scotch brite. Please note that these products are not damaged. Bronze oxidizes in the air and has a propensity to turn black. This is a natural process and it could be cleaned with any metal cleaning agent or with natural cleaners like lime & salt, vinegar or salt or tamarind.
If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way, we will exchange the items or offer a full refund. Please contact info@kjbkansawala.com within 2 -3 days of receiving your order.
